Paolo de' Capitani di Vimercate is Avvocato Cassazionista in Italy, partner of Studio Uckmar, specialized in international taxation, taxation of financial instruments, corporate reorganizations and business taxation. He's also admitted as a lawyer to the New York Bar.

He's the President of the Commission on taxation at the Italian section of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Paolo de' Capitani di Vimercate is also the Chief Editor of the review Diritto e Pratica Tributaria Internazionale and a Member of the editorial board of the new review on the taxation of financial instruments Strumenti Finanziari e Fiscalità (EGEA, Bocconi University).

He published many articles in Italian and international tax reviews.
